I am really thankful to be part of this this company. Before Reytech, I didn’t have the confidence in myself. I always think negative and mostly I don't believe in myself. When I entered Reytech, everything changed. It seems like I'm floating on my own cloud that I thought I could never reach. Being one of the top agent’s here is a blessing, I can say now that wow, I can do this?
The bonus is the incentive contest that I won. There's so much one can learn while with Reytech — new ideas, new knowledge, and most especially I see a family here. For 4 months working in Reytech, my journey has been filled with learning and growing within the organization. It has been a month and a half since I started here in Reytech. I am so grateful to work with people who are very dedicated and committed to their job. Reytech is like my second home and those with me here are like my brothers and sisters. I can really say that it is only here where you can work in a BPO company that is not toxic. At first I was hesitant to be part of this company because there was a time that I was discouraged, I thought I should not be part of this company but I was wrong.

Since I worked in Reytech, I've learned so many things. My colleagues taught me about the industry and shared their knowledge with me. I will always be thankful to the people who believed in me and gave me the opportunity to grow not only within the company but also as a person. First of all, I like this job because this company environment is not toxic. and give hope to everyone to be a top agent and mostly all TL's are very good to teach how to be a good employee and how to properly handle calls and also tenured agents are friendly too. I also develope how to be a good agent, because of my teams and also my supervisors they all good to how to teach there agents how to cheer up and help us because they focus always to all agents to be a top agent and get some incentive. and also the upper managers also help you with your concern about this company and they comply with your concerns. They are also friendly managers and they help you to grow your personality.
Working in Reytech has taught me the power of progress. Big or small, progress is progress. Reytech has prepared me for my profession as a Voice agent in reaching goals and it has been an absolute pleasure working with REYTECH.

As a new agent with no BPO experience, working at Reytech gave me an impression that this type of job is open for everybody as long as you are dedicated, show effort and are teachable. Also, Reytech is a company that shows common goals where everybody is progressing and improving together and no one is left behind. Team Leaders and Tenured Agents also make sure that agents are well motivated and prepared mentally and physically. Reytech helps me grow as an agent and as an individual. With the support of the team leader’s and my co-agents, I learned so much from them and started to have more confidence. Everyone’s first impression about working in a call center is exhausting. Some might say that it can be challenging with your mental health. Working in Reytech proved these all wrong. As a student, I can guarantee that working at Reytech may be challenging but it can be life changing. Reytech will mold you to be responsible, will enhance your communication skills and knowledge retention.
It's almost 7 months now since I started working here in Reytech, where I learned a lot and I’m still learning until now. Nothing else but good experience with Reytech. The management is good, team leader’s are also nice and approachable. My colleague’s are friendly and they really treat you equally and as a family.
I am so blessed because I found a company that is very professional but fun to work with at the same time. They are very sociable and kind. Although there are struggle sometimes, the team knows how to cope up immediately. We grind and do our very best to stay on top of our game. We are not just a BPO company but a family as well.
Being an agent for 1 month and a supervisor for 1 year and 1 month in Reytech is a challenge for me as a mom who has two jobs. Reytech helps me in different ways. I was 19 years old only when I decided to face my fear. I never expected that Reytech would open their doors for me. Indeed, Reytech has become my training ground. They taught me the reality of life.
